杞子桂花糕

份量: 可以弄一個長20cm x闊15cm x 高4cm
材料:
桂花糖 3 湯匙
杞子 15克
冰糖 110克
魚膠粉 30克
清水 600毫升
凍水 110毫升

Wolfberry and Osmanthus Jelly

Makes a 20cm x 15cm x 5cm Jelly
Ingredients:
Osmanthus 3 tablespoons
Wolfberries 15g
Rock Crystal 110g
Gelatin 30g
Water 600ml
Cold Wter 110ml
